ItalBest Valve produces the most complete line of Double Block and Bleed valves, considered the best choice in terms of safety due to having two valves in one body and better space optimization by having two balls in a small space. ItalBest Valve designs the DBB valves with a valve that allows the flow relief pressure to be regulated in the central zone.
The dbb valves can perform the task of 3 separate valves (2 isolation valves and 1 drain valve) which, in addition to optimizing space, can reduce the weight by facilitating installation and maintenance.
Our DBBs are available in a wide range of designs, materials, sizes and pressure classes and are manufactured in accordance with ASME, API and NACE specifications. All valves are designed in accordance with: ASME B16.34, API 6D or BS EN ISO 17292 (if applicable). However, additional manufacturing options are available to meet various customer requirements.
